WAYS TO FILL YOUR DAYS
Things to do

If you arrive early, stay on, or find a spare afternoon, you are on one of the largest and sunniest islands in the Adriatic. Vineyards, coves, hilltop hamlets, and more coastline than you will get through. September, for what it is worth, is the locals’ favourite month: warm sea, quiet streets.
Our kind of day
A swim, a walk, a good meal, and a drink. We've curated a list of our most inspired activities to fill your days, should you wish to see the adriatic through our eyes.

Getting around
A hire car opens the whole island; local buses link Jelsa, Stari Grad and Hvar Town; taxis exist but agree the fare first, and there is no Uber. For ferries and reaching the island, see Getting there.
